In the old days, bells hung in the clock tower to tell people the time.

Yes, "Ikoma" with a "生" and a shogi (Japanese chess) piece(駒)! Ha ha!

The buckle on the belt is a hall clock.
In the past, this clock used to be the standard time clock of Ikoma Clock Shop.
